Noche Buena

Here is the menu for our noche buena (Christmas Eve dinner), which I am hosting at my place. No, I'm not cooking everything. It's kind of a potluck.
  • Honeybaked ham
  • Homemade meatloaf
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Pumpkin and leek vichyssoise
  • Smoked salmon crostini
  • Something of the vegetable persuasion (probably green bean casserole)
  • Crème brûlée - vanilla and strawberry (homemade of course)

Wines will be:

  • Domaine Drouhin (Willamette Valley, Oregon) pinot noir
  • Dr. Loosen (Mosel, Germany) riesling (QmP Spätlese)

That's enough, right? Ok, now I'm hungry.
