Earlier, while watching Weeds on Showtime, I had the most awesome snack. I had crackers, with some paté de foie gras. The goose liver paté was awesome. It had aspic on top, and it was infused with black Perigord truffles (from France, of course; Chinese "truffles" are fake). SO YUMMY. Man, I love foie gras, in all its forms!
