No-bake cheesecake, fresh blueberries, home-made caramelized graham crackers.
Croque monsieur, chipotle tomato bisque.
Baked Alaskan halibut, steamed broccoli with beurre blanc.
Beef and veal meatloaf, steamed broccoli, smashed potatoes.
Stuffed pork chops, haricots verts & garlic, potato gratin.
Peach tarte tatin.
*This is all Bill's work. The only thing I've cooked in recent memory is pork adobo. :)
